Talk to us about your clearance

Tell us the property, roughly what is in it, and when you need it gone. That is enough for a firm price in most cases — photos help but are not essential.

Before you call, it helps to know

• The property — type, how many rooms, and whether there is a cellar, loft, garage or shed to include
• Roughly how full it is — "a couple of rooms" or "completely full, thirty years of it" is plenty
• Any fridges, freezers or mattresses — these are handled separately and we will include them in the quote
• Your deadline — completion date, tenancy end or probate timescale
• Access — whether we can get a van near the door, or it is a back street carry
